Tincture

Needed:
1/2 oz of cannabis
370ml of everclear
Sheetpan
Parchment paper
Silicon
Mason jars

I use the Ardent FX to decarb the flower but you can use the oven.

Set the oven to 200 degree. Put the silicon mat on the sheet pan and the parchment on the silicon mat. spread out the flower on the parchment. It does NOT need to be grinded. Cook the flower for 1 hour at 200.
When its done, it should be brown. Let cool, put in a mason jar with the lid and put it in the freezer overnight along with the bottle of Everclear. The next day, measure 370ml of the everclear and add it to the mason jar with the flower. Shake real well and put back in the freezer. The next day, (day 3), put the mason jar on the counter so any ice on the outside melts and it dry.
Keep it in a cool dark cabinet and shake it every day for 5-7 days. After 5-7 days, strain off the liquid in a mason jar, squeeze out the left over flower and discard. Use a coffee filter in another mason jar to strain out all the nasty little bits.
Leave the tincture out on the counter, out of sunlight, UNCOVERED for a week or until 25% of the liquid evaporates. Use a rubber band to mark the initial level. DO NOT STORE IN A CONFINED SPACE!!! The alcohol evaporate is HIGHLY FLAMMABLE.
When you lose 25%, seal jar and store in a dark, cool place.

It’s good for 18 months and is very strong. 1-1.5 tablespoon knocks me TF out!

I typically add 1 tblsp to a little juice. It tastes BAD, but, if you can handle the test, a dropper full under the tongue works fast.
